"As a first-time mom, I knew I wanted a doula, but I truly had no idea how invaluable that support would be until I was in labor. My labor was long, difficult, and full of decisions. From the very beginning, my doula was there for us. She supported us over the phone during early labor and then joined us at the hospital later on. The moment she walked into the room, the entire atmosphere changed. She moved around the room with such grace, adjusting the lighting and creating a calm, peaceful environment that immediately helped me relax. Looking back, I truly feel her presence helped me finally progress in labor. She worked hand in hand with my amazing nursing staff, my patient doctor, and my supportive husband. It genuinely felt like everyone was working together as a team to bring our daughter into the world as safely as possible. She also communicated wonderfully with my husband, making sure he felt informed, supported, and involved throughout the process. One thing I underestimated before giving birth was how important the mental and emotional side of labor would be. Her calm, soothing, reassuring voice was exactly what I needed. As a first-time mom, I constantly wanted reassurance that I was doing things right, and she was always there with encouragement, practical tips, and gentle guidance that helped me feel confident and capable. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured by her to make any particular decision. During our long labor, there were many choices that had to be made. Every time, she helped us understand the information, risks, benefits, and options so that we could make the decisions that felt right for our family. She also recorded the moment our sweet girl entered the world, and that is something I will treasure forever. I am forever grateful for her support. She was such a vital part of my birth experience and helped me find strength during one of the hardest and most transformative days of my life. Watching her, my nurses, my doctor, and my husband work together was truly an amazing thing to behold. Because of that incredible team, I felt supported, informed, and empowered throughout my labor and birth. I cannot recommend her highly enough."

"I had my second home birth a month ago and hired Teresa to be my doula. She is extremely knowledgeable about pregnancy, labor and postpartum. I had a hemorrhage with my first baby and she talked through it with me to help ease my anxiety. When labor began and Teresa came over she set up my bedroom quickly with relaxing lighting, music,  and tools for easing pain like a birth comb. I immediately felt more relaxed and could focus on labor. She took turns with my husband to take care of my toddler too. During each contraction Teresa would do different techniques like counter pressure and massage and it helped sooo much with pain management. She suggested positions to help move things along. She encouraged me and reminded me to use my breath. I felt safe, relaxed and empowered. My daughter was born without any complications 2 hours after Teresa arrived at my house. She also somehow found the time to take lots of amazing pictures and videos throughout the labor. I plan to have more babies and will definitely hire Teresa again! ❤️"
